Howdy Geena,Couldn't find this name specifically, but it looks like a feminization of Fearghal or Fearghus. A little awkward, since the first means "manly" and the second means "strength of a man." Naming a girl "Fearga" seems something like naming a girl MacKenzie ("son of Kenzie").Of course, if she was known to frequent the Lilith Fairs back when they had 'em, it would be perfectly understandable.- Da.

It's worse than that...According to my Irish dictionary, fearga is an adjective meaning 'manly'.
