Re:I can say that Hotari, Kuuluva, and Jukka are finnish. Actually Kuuluva is not a normal finnish name, just a word...is it "blue"? I can't rmember my finnish skills are very lacking. Aetii might be finnish, not sure...
Danilo is a great name, the name of many people from my country (croatia, and also in serbia)...name of the writer Danilo Kis, too.

Re:I was thinking last night when i went to bed that Kuuluva was not blue, I think Alukuloinen or something is blue...anyways my finnish is not existant.

Re:blueYou're right! "Blue" as in the colour blue is "sininen" in Finnish (and the shortened form "Sini" is a female name!), but when "blue" means "sad", it can be translated into Finnish as "alakuloinen".

Re:Hotari is not Finnish - it sounds more like Japanese to me! But Huotari is a rare Finnish surname. Kuuluva is a Finnish adjective meaning "loud", not a name. Jukka is a very common male name in Finland. It is a very "processed" variant of John.

Re:moreAnd Aetii.... well, it's certainly not Finnish! "Äiti" is the Finnish word for "mother", though....

Re:moreAetii is a very early name occurring in Russia (800s or so). Not sure that's it's "Russian" due to the age, but it supposedly means "eagle".If memory serves, it was also the name of a Gaulish tribe defeated by the Romans (but maybe not, since memory's serving less well than it used).- Da.
