Dishan - two options for you
1. "Dishan" means "fertile" or "to fertilize".2. Another option: if you checked that chapter in Genesis you saw that Dishan's brother was called "Dishon". Dishon, apart from "fertilize", is also a name of an animal that used to live there at those times.
In my dictionary it's translated to: "antelope, addax".
The word "Dishon" in this meaning (the animal) also appears in another place in the Old Testament (Deuteronomy 14:5). In the English version it is "antelope", but in Hebrew it's "Dishon".
So "Dishan" may also mean the same.A few more options you can find on this site:
