It is unprobable that the name LACHESKY is Check. I think it is from the former Yugoslavian republic of Macedonia (FYRoM) because it has the right spelling for that area which was imposed there by the Yugoslavian authorities. More probably, it was LACHEV formerly which was derived from a personal name LACHO/LACHE meaning "ray,light" in Slavic. Also close to Latine Lucius.
