Kilde might be derived from the Danish 'kilde' meaning "channel or river bed".
So it might be related to Kelda.
I don't think it's related to Kildare which is derived from the Irish Cill Dara, cill "church" + dara "oak tree" - "church by the oak tree".I hope this helps. :)
