Sevoshtarte...Sevothtarte...familiar...?
I'm currently reading a manga called "Angel Sanctuary," which includes a number of mythological references, mostly Judeo-Christian angelology (that a word?). There's lots of info (most of it contradictory, but oh well) on most of the angels' names, but one I'm stuck with. It's been translated as Sevothtarte, Sevotharte, Sevoshtarte, Sevoth-tart, etc. etc.; it sounds familiar and I highly doubt the author pulled him out of thin air. Unfortunately, I can't find anything on the name. :\ "Sevi" is called 'the White Angel', which may or may not have anything to do with his origins. Anyway, help would be appreciated. ^_^
