When was name first used
CAn anyone give me a site (along with how to best use it) that could nail down the first use of a name? This site shows that Tanisha was first used between 1970-1979 here in the U.S., which could possibly make me the oldest Tanisha in the U.S. Iwould be interested to find out this information. I received one resounse from someone who gave their opinion that I wasn't but that was not helpful at all! I am seriously trying to search for this information. Any help would be really appreciated. Thanx

According to this site, there were at least several other Tanisha's before you. And this is just Tanisha Browns in Arizona.Sorry :(

The site means that Tanisha did not make the list of the top 1000 most popular names in the U.S. until the 1970s. Before then, the name was very rare. I'm sure it was used before the 1970s though (just not often enough to make the top 100 list).

You've posted this several times alreadyI'm sorry you didn't get the reply you were looking for, but that's probably because no one knows. If they knew, they would reply to you. Repeatedly posting the same question over and over again won't make people magically know the answer to your question.Perhaps this time someone new will know, regardless.

MirandaIn refernece to your statement,I am sorry that you seem to be irritated that I continued to ask the same question. Are you perhaps the message board patrol? My desire was not to personally bother you. I was aware that my previous requests may not have been clear and that perhaps I needed to calrify exactly what I was looking for. In the future I will be more careful, in order to ensure that I don't agrivate you any further. regadless....
