I agree. I can't even count for all the sci-fi books I've read where the names are utterly rediculous. Although the book says that the name is pronounced a certain way, Its certainly much more believable than Oooodyayuau or something like that!
Anes is one of the first sci-fi names which have ever succeeded in really grabbing my attention!
