Eithne, i believe the meaning is Grain? and that this was the name of a Goddess?

Is the meaning therefor Goddess of the Harvest (or sim?). Does anyone know anything about this Goddess?

the meaning of Eithne is usually given as 'kernel,' which i suppose is the same as grain. And yes, there was a St. Eithne.
