someone i know has the real name antony and callshim self tat he said he didnt like tony so it was tat what does tat mean? he enjoys long walks on the beach and giving GUYS massages with all of his oils

Just as well he never met my mother-in-law. She used 'tat' to mean something shoddy, cheap, unattractive - tatty, in fact!

But if it's a nickname for Anthony . . .Then it just has the same meaning as Anthony (click link). It's an unusual Anthony nickname but I can see where it fits in.
