According to Rabbi Alfred J. Kolatch, author of *The Name Dictionary: Modern English and Hebrew Names*, the following would be the translated, Hebrew equivalents for "Julia":

Alma
Aviva
Delila
Nima
Tze'ira
Yenika
Zilpa
