Ogilvie - an Old Scottish and means "from the high peak"
Badger - According to the OED, "one who buys corn and other commodities and carries them elsewhere to sell; an itinerant dealer who acts as a middleman between producer (farmer, fisherman, etc.) and consumer; a cadger, hawker, or huckster". The wird is said to be derived from the Latin "bajulare" meaning "to carry". Assuming that is you are not refering to the weasel-like namesake.
