A show called Dog Days on the Animal planet has a dog named Paquita on it. Its a sorta reality show involving people from Manhattan and their dogs...any relation to your question?

I believe it's the feminine version of "Little Paco"...

...but I could be wrong. Nanaea, as the closest I can think of to a resident expert of Spanish, would you correct me if I'm wrong?
