Uhhh, this is the conjugation of the verb "bailar" (to dance) for "they (ellos)" in Spanish! Please, please, please do not name your daughter/son this!

Balian doesn't sound or look like "bailan"It's true that Balian looks similar to "bailan" (like a typo, actually), but the two words actually have nothing to do with each other. And I'm pretty sure the two words aren't pronounced remotely the same either.Thus, the point is that, as Lumia said, Balian simply is not "bailan". Period.
