How are these Irish names pronounced?

Being from Holland and totally unacquainted with the Irish language, I wonder how the following Irish names are pronounced:

Rórdán
Ruaidhrí

Especially the last one seems to be very difficult. :S

Can someone tell me how they are pronounced? Thanks in advance! :)

Oh, and isn't there a Latinized version of these Irish names, btw? That would be lots easier for me. ;)

Hi Lucille,

I don't know the first name, but the second one is pronounced like roo-e-ree (stress on the first syllable).
