Well, I would've thought that "Dreama" literally meant "Dream" or "Dreaming", but apparently one can't always second-guess these New Age names.

I found three websites for you which each give meanings for the name "Dreama". These two both concur that "Dreama" means "joyous music":

Of course, none of these websites offer any insight into the origin of the name, so the definitions which they give may be dubious.
