The goddess of hunting, and other things, was Diana; since she was also the goddess of the moon, her name means: The bright one.
Deanna, however, is not the same, as the spelling shows. I've known two, and then there was the 30s child movie star. It is the feminine form of Dean, which means a particular kind of church minister (actually, One Of A Group Of Ten - from decem = 10), usually the admin. man.
