Larrauri, with I (in Basque, there is not Y) and R, is a Basque surname, not a first name. Larrauri is a variant of this surname only used in America (in Argentina, basically); it seems a mistake in the transcription of the Basque surname by an Spanish speaking person who not knew it in the moment of the inscription of the Basque emigrants.
It comes from larre, "pasture", but I don't know the exact meaning. You can ask Euskaltzaindia (the Basque Academy of the Language):
