Almost. It's ING-uh-borj (ing as in "sing"). Borj is like boy with a short R between o and y.

Funny how English-speaking (and Scandinavian?) people seem to turn the "e" into a "u".
In German-speaking countries the "e" is pronounced as such, like the "e" in words like "help" and "net".
