How would Ngila be pronounced? I see this name from an ending credit from LotR :the Return of the king ( some detail about this name except its pronounciation I have known).I think in English there is no sound beginning with "ng%2

It's a Maori name, and is pronounced NY-la ("ny" rhymes with "eye").For comparison, see the similar Maori name Ngaire and its Anglicised form, Nyree.:-)
