I would say it is not.
According to the site it a variant of AMABEL influenced by the name ANNA. So the proper spelling it would have to be Annabel and that is an English name.

I agree with Magia. Don't think it is a "spanish name". Never met an "Anabel" before in my life, only "Annabella"s.
