I would like to name my baby girl "elvýn". But I have heard that is ýs not a gýrl's name. I do not want "elvýna". do you know any female person whose name is elvýn .could this be a name for a baby girl?

I love the name Elvin! Go for it! It could definately be a unisex name. :-)

I've never heard of Elvin/Elvyn as a girl's name, but what about these beginning with Elvin-/Elwin-:

Elvina
Elwina
Elvine
Elwine
Elviine
Elvinea
Elvini
Elvinia
Elvinna

And there's a Swedish female name: Elvan.
