I don't now anyone in real life with a strange name, but a person in a book is named Rose-Quartz and her cousin is named Carnelian. The book takes place in a parallel universe, but you can imagine what happens when these poor kids come to earth, Rose-Quartz is fourteen and Carnelian is eighteen...
