Re: Quitterie
Quitterie is a French form of Quiteria, the name of a Spanish saint. According to my Spanish and Italian name dictionaries, Quiteria was originally an epithet of the Greek goddess Artemis and goes back to the Greek word "chiton", referring to the type of short tunic Artemis was usually represented as wearing.http://www.housebarra.com/EP/ep05/14chiton.html
