Hello. This is a weird question here yall. I am looking for a name which has the meaning ob both Ebony and Ivory, or, in other words, those two things coming together. Let me remind you that ivory is a creamy white substance which comes from minerals (according to some sources), mineral come from the ground, the black tress (which Ebony is talking of) grows from the ground. So I think there sould be a meaning for both, coming together in harmony. If there is such a name, please send it to me if you will at Caren100@aol.com Don't worry, I will check this posting daily to look at responses. Here it is. I, Caren100@aol.com, truly and sincerely apologize for what I said. I did not know it would have been so obvious that it was me since I had put down a name totally different than the usual question marks I usually put down for my name. It was real tempting to say that I shared the account (Ebony and Ivory) with my fiance or someone and that HE was the one that posted it. I started to do that. I figured I should just apologize since I already felt guilty about it. My sincere aplogies go out to Barb and to her friend Pavlos. The reason I lied at first was not to insult yours intelligance, , but b/c I know I can be a very nice person but sometimes I just let my emotions get the best of me. Zebra is funny. Piano is funny (especially since I thought it was a real name at first and was looking it up. Ha Ha Hha!). What made me think so lowely of chessboard was the way it was said and b/c it had no indication that it was a joke. You should really be careful tho Barb, you never know how someone will take something. I was also offended by it so highly b/c I have a mixed friend that lives in an area where interacial relationships (and children) are looked down upon heavily. This place is behind its time. They used to call my friend chessboard all the time when she was little, so this is way also that I assumned Barb was meant harm or insults by what she said. I didn't mean to give anyone the impression that I'm a mean person, or an uncollective one. I just over-reacted. I hope that Barb and her friend Pavlos are no longer angry at me. B/c I am not angry at Barb anymore. I totally accept your apologies (Barb), and also realize that it WAS meant as a joke. Pavlos, I can honestly say you are a generous person. Whew! That's the first time to my knowledge that I've been called racist. Skin colour was the last thing on my mind when I posted my hasty and somewhat glib response. I apologize if it seemed to trivialize ????'s inquiry, which I thought had already been satisfied by Nanaea. **shaking head** This is coming from someone who over-reacts sometimes, so I would know. From the sound of Phyllis's and Nanaea's last messages, it sounds like there are a few people on here who can do the same (over-react). Phyllis, acting "bitchy" on your own website is NOT a good idea. I have read some of the arguments below that Nanaea was involved in and they were hilarious! But acting this way on your website, or on a good, very close friend's website is NOT a good idea at all b/c if the person who was offended by the messages and reported them to the higher authorities, its very possible that they (the higher authorities) could get the post, or even the website shut down. Depending on what was said, even sued. If they shut it down, even though you could just start another one just like it, the same thing can always happen again but would probably be more serious the next time b/c of it happening before. This would be terrible b/c the website is helpful, and all the people who were just starting to get their questions answered would have to search and search for another site that would do the same thing. When something like that happens, you put the founder of the website in danger. Please think things like these out before you re-act with such conditionings. I have apologzed to Barb and she has the same to me and I have accepted hers. And looks to me like this was already taken care of by Pavlos. Seems that some of your friends realize I'm sorry for those actions. Yourself does not scare me. I have sent Mike a message warning him of your behavior and that I care about this page. We all have suffered the different "Trolls" that decide to visit the site every now and then but this one is way out of line!!
After all of this terrible incident and reading the "apology" from this Caren, couldn't there be the possibility that this person posted from a public computer, at a cyber bar, leaving the BTN page open and "along" came another person, who used the same computer (hence the same I.P.) and typed that message?? It occurred to me that this might have happened since something similar happened to me with a Hotmail account while on vacation for posting from cyber bars...
Any way, you are the expert on tracking these Trolls and I do hope you will be able to sort it out.

After all of this terrible incident and reading the "apology" from this Caren, couldn't there be the possibility that this person posted from a public computer, at a cyber bar, leaving the BTN page open and "along" came another person, who used the same computer (hence the same I.P.) and typed that message?? It occurred to me that this might have happened since something similar happened to me with a Hotmail account while on vacation for posting from cyber bars...
Any way, you are the expert on tracking these Trolls and I do hope you will be able to sort it out.

Thanks for defending me Magie. This is similar to the story I started to make up but wanted to apologize instead since I felt so guilty by it. I really appreciate you sticking up for me anyway. It would have come in handy if I had choose the other side. Which I hope Im not sorry it didn't now. I just got really upset and over what was said cuz I was so SURE she meant it as an insult that I just HAD to apologize. Im really not a mean person as it seems. Whatever a "troll" means. I thought of a name that I didn't think of before. It's a common girls name. It doesn't have "mixture" anywhere in it's meaning but if the child is mixed (with black and white) they would turn out the color Amber. So Amber is a good name. I can see why no one thought of this name. I added a twist to it and made the new name Amberlynne. Beleive it or not, that actually already has a meaning. Onyx is still a good idea tho.
