My kind of question!
It is pronounced shosh- EET- L
shosh with a dry sound not show, but "shoh"
EET as in eat. Distress on this syllable
L as in the sound of the letter "L"Hope this helps

I spent some time searching for the correct pronunciation online one day. I saw like ten different ones before I finally saw the one in your post on a site explaining Nahuatl names. I was thankful when I finally found a good source.
