Oh heck - let's show a little latitude and say...
that the two names together (altho of different languages) can mean "noble-hearted". Not bad compared to that Hebrew name that means "a weasel" or some such...

From Latin. Patricia stems from Patricius, "a nobleman" in Latin. It's also the name of me own dear mother, so I'm somewhat partial to it. Glad I could help.- Da.
