If this is your first name, I believe your name may be a variation of "Nadiko" a common nick-name or term of endearment for Nadia in many Eastern European/former Soviet Republics. I myself am called Nadiko by my relatives. (For example a girl named Sophie may be called Sophiko). I hope this may prove of some help to you.
