On some greek literature site they have a word that is made up of dus-aristo-tokeia. It was confusing but I thought it said that aristo-tokeia means 'mother of the very best'. Here is the site address. For all of these sites use the control f command and search for Tokeia.

Hmmm the ba'al tokeia also seems to be some sort of man or holy man or something that is male in the Jewish religion. There is mention of it at these sites.
