I think it may be a variation on Adrienne (which means "little dark one" although this site doesn't have that definition) and elle could come from Ella, meaning other. So, the "oter little dark one" maybe?

If you would have provided gender and origin, it would have made it easier for the wise ones to help you. How ever, I will say that it looks like a compound name that comes out of Adriana and Gabrielle.
