JENNIFER as a MALE name

Search results for JENNIFER indicate that between 1970 and 1989 it ranked 683rd in popularity in the US as a MALE name. Is this true?
Can anyone give me more information?

I have found that Jennifer is an increasingly popular male name. It was listed at #52 for 2018 Male makes on a different site

It's very possibleSometimes a parent will check the wrong box. There's also the phenomenon of "Baby" or "Infant" being listed. That's usually for a yet unnamed baby, or a baby who recently died.Miranda
