It depends on the culture in which it's pronounced. I pronounce my name eh-LAY-na. I was curious and did some research online and what I found is that in Spain and Italy it's eh-LAY-na, in Mexico and Central and South America I've heard it pronounced eh-LEN-a, in Russia it's Ye-LEN-a, in Greece it's EL-en-a. I've heard eh-LEE-na too in the US. I don't think there's any one "right" pronunciation. Hope this helps.
