I have a neighbor who goes to my school. He has a friend who's name is Mackenzie (I think that's the correct spelling). But no one has ever heard of a male Mackenzie! Post your stories here!

I use to go to a school where there is now a boy w/ that name but no one calls him that they all call him Mac. Also I have female family members w/ the name Mackenzie and they go by kenzie usually.

All celtic names beginning Mac are male. It means "son of".

Okay, it really doesn't matter. Mackenzie.. call him Ken or Zee if you really want boys with boy names that bad. I mean, his mom could've thought he was a girl when he was born. It happens.
