Someone told me that the original form was Sara. And then came Sarah. Is that true. I though Sarah was first.

in the bible it was originally Sara, but as the story goes God changed it to Sarah.

my mistake it was origionally SaraiMeans "lady" or "princess" in Hebrew. This was the name of the wife of Abraham in the Old Testament. She became the mother of Isaac at the age of 90. Her name was originally Sarai, but God changed it (see Genesis 17:15)
