Is this from some record written in Latin?

It looks to me like Vmfridi would be a Latinization of Humfried, the Dutch form of Humphrey (V and U are often interchangeable in ancient records.) And Xpoforus would probably be an old abbreviation for Christophorus (though the "p" would have to be some sort of ancient typographical error, I suppose.) :)
