Draca looks like a feminine form of Draco.

DRACO m Ancient Greek (Latinized)
Derived from Greek "drakon" meaning "dragon, serpent". This was the name of a 7th-century BC Athenian legislator. This is also the name of a constellation in the northern sky.

From the Behind the Name database. Please don't listen to silly people like "Romanian".
