Ingelore is a German double name drawn together: Inge-Lore. You will find both meanings here on the site (just try the links).
I've never heard of or seen the variations Ingalore or Ingalora, but Ingelore is quite common for German women older than 40. Another - very rare - variant is Ingelor.
