As Ivayla said, Jesus was called Yeshua/Eeshoi and Peter called Shimoon Cepha.

The rest (according to my Aramaic New Testament):

Andrew: Endreeyoos (Andreous looked better, but was a little misleading)
James (son of Zebedee): Yakoob
John: Youkhenan
Philip: Pileepoos
Bartholomew: Bar Tolmai
Thomas: Tooma
Matthew: Mattai Matchsa (never heard the last part before)
James, son of Alphaeus: Yakoob bar Khilpeh
Thaddeus: Levi, called Tadee (some dialects: Addai)
Simon the Zealot: Shimoon Qninya
Judas Iscariot: Yehudeh Sicriodta

Sorry that it looks so crazy...I did my best to transliterate, although not all of these are the "standard" accepted transliterations. I tried to get as close as possible.

*edited to change a couple of spellings*
*note: Jacob and James are both Yaqoob/Yakoob in Aramaic
