Mayhew is an English surname from Mahieu, a Norman French form of Matthew, according to A Dictionary of English Surnames by Reaney & Wilson. Tosha is simply a spelling variation of Tasha. LaShawn is one of many recently created given names formed by adding the prefix La- to a pre-existing name.

How about the name Anolda? That is my first name and I was always told it was Irish and meant Ann but I can find it no where

Kana is also a well known japanese name, surprised that it's not listed here yet

Most are probably variants or fancified names of existing names. Gilgamisha is probably supposed to be a feminine form of Gilgamesh, I think. I've seen Jace, Komei, Quinten and Remington before. Marylena is a fusion of Mary and Lena. I'm quite sure I've seen Dariana before as well, could be a verison of Daria or something like that...

Quinten is a variant of Quintus. In the Netherlands the name Quinten is way more usual than Quintus though. Source: http://www.meertens.nl/voornamen/VNB/index.php?act=zoeken&zoekopdracht=moeilijk&start=0&op=bw&naam=quinten&-Search=A lot of those other names seem variants of names too, but I don't have more information about that.
