Having had a quick look at IMDB, both Blyth and Drew are family names. Drew Barrymore comes from a family with a strong acting heritage.

Drew Barrymore bio: http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0000106/bio

Her father, John Drew Barrymore (birth name John Sidney Blythe Barrymore Jr): http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0000857/bio

Her half-brother John Blyth Barrymore (birth name John Sidney Blythe Barrymore III): http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0058213/bio

Her grandfather John Barrymore (birth name John Sidney Blyth): http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0000858/bio. His mother's surname was Drew.

Drew can be a nn of Andrew or as a surname, which is from either:
* A variation of Andrew.
* Norman from a Germanic personal name of unknown origin (Drogo).
* English, a nickname from the Olf French dru meaning favourite, lover.
* A habitation name from places in France called Dreux
* An anglicised form of the Irish Gaelic 'Ó Druaidh' son of the druid
(Taken from 'A Dictionary of Surnames' by P. Hanks and F. Hodges (Oxford 2002)

Blyth is another form of Blythe (click hyperlink).
