How old is your friend? What is her ethnic background? What is her parents' native language? How is her name pronounced?

SHE IS 31, AFRICAN-AMERICAN, I'M NOT SURE ABOUT THE NATIVE LANGUAGE OF THE PARENTS, AND HER TAME IS PRONOUNCED (TEA-YAWN-Y)

Could her parents have tweaked the spelling of Tijuana?The pronunciation doesn't match too well, but in lots of languages other than Spanish it could.
