what is the meaning of Torsha. It is the name of a friend of mine from the bahamas. Because of bahamian history, i believe it is either of Indian origin or African origin. I am leaning towards the African origin......i know Torsha is the name of a river in Bengali but the girl i'm speaking of is of West African origin.
