Subject: A name on a family record I have. Ever heard it??

I seen this name on my great grandfathers birth certificate and am wondering if anyone can shed light on it. I know she sign the brith certificate as Otlie yet on u.s. census she is listed as Julia as well as on everything else. I know she is originally from Poland. Could this be the Julia in Polish? I always thought Julia in poland was Julya.

Any how, Thanks for the help and sorry if I did this on the wrong board.
I am just curious as to original origin or original form...Maybe it's short for something?
Thanks
Christine
