In Western tradition there is no feminine equivalent of "junior".

In some places the spelling is changed to suggest that the child is named after the mother. I'll try to find a link for you.

I suggest that if you want to name a daughter after yourself, you could use your name + a diminutive suffix, or use a variation of your name.
