Message: "Pronouncation" - Behind the Name

My sister's favorite name is Queliza. How in the world would you pronounce it? I can't tell if she is making up her own pronouncation or if she is acutally right. The name is Aztec and it is female. Also, it is not on this site, or on the "Baby Names World" site. My sister said it was a name in one of the books she read.

Aztec is an latinamerican language. Therefor, the pronunciation of Queliza should be [keh - LEE - sah (or zah)]. May be somebody pronounces ["kwe" - LEE - sah], but that's wrong.
