When i looked at other baby-names searchingmachines (http://tools.oxygen.com/babynamer), i couldn't find Ciarrai...but i did found Ciaran (m), which is Irish-Gaelic, meaning 'black - haired', and Ciaran's source is Ciar (F!!!) meaning 'Dark'...
