Sasha / Sacha is just as much a male name as a female name. It's a russian pet form for Alex names. In elementary school there were many students from Russia or near-by countries, and almost all the boys were called Sasha. None of the females were called Sasha. My guess is that Aleksandr is a much more common name then Aleksandra in Russia and if that's true then there would be many more male Sasha's in Russian that female Sasha's. As for France I have no clue if there are more male or female Sacha's.

As for opinions on the name Sacha Lynn that should be taken to the opinion's board.
