This was my great great grandmother's name and it would be really great to find out information on the meaning of it and it's origins. Something I have always wondered about. I've done research myself but with no luck. Thanks so much!

Mozelle could be a spelling variation of Moselle, which is both a river and its valley, and a type of wine that comes from the aforementioned valley region.
