Are all 'anthe/anthea' type names Greek? (like Chrysanthe, Xanthea, Evanthe etc) TIAMe: Cassie Anne

Probably. "Anthe" appears in names because it is Greek for "flower"

I would think it's safe to say that a vast majority of them are. But I'm sure you could stumble across an exception. Also if you do a search for names with *anthe* in them, the only non-Greek ones are English, and they're just English versions of Greek names anyway.
