I am curious about anyone with the last name 'Leigh' who pronounces it 'Lay.'

I went to school with a boy with the first name Leigh. He pronounced it Lee but many teachers on first sight pronounced it Lay.

I've heard Leighton pronounced both LEE-ton and LAY-ton, but Leigh as either a ln or a fn has always been LEE, to my knowledge.

Do you know someone who does pronounce it LAY?
